The World Café is a wonderful way for people to come together and have a conversation about a topic that is of interest to them.

Open-ended question(s) are asked and the Participants work in small groups becoming actively engaged in meaningful conversation to come to consensus of understanding. These conversations are then shared back to the larger group and graphically recorded for everyone to see.

This form of recording is very "group friendly" and enables everyone in the room to literally "see" their ideas growing before them; promoting shared understanding and enabling group consensus of action in a productive, FUN way.
