"A still life with extras", the picture was painted at a time of great change in my life as I transformed from a public servant to a private business person. Parts of the still life included, a cured pumpkin skin with a Celtic cat carved into the surface, the skull of a white tailed deer, my talking stick, a buffalo bone, an incense burner, a piece of corral, a dried carrot, woven birch circles and a wooden root. The extra's include, two Canada geese, the revolving arrows, golden tears and a Celtic symbol.
