Laurie and Rob Benn of the Positive Culture Company joined Nanton Alberta's Town Council and Senior Staff for a two day retreat in the picturesque Chain Lakes Provincial Park The Town Council of Nanton and Senior Staff came together Sunday, September 18 and Monday, September 19, 2005, to review and renew the Council’s Strategic Plan. Background information relevant to the Capital Plan and the Operating Plan was presented on the Sunday and then Strategic Planning took place on Monday. Rob and Laurie Benn graphically recorded the background information session on Sunday and then facilitated the planning activities on Monday. A report and custom CD-ROM were produced to provide a summary of the two days. |
