T.A.C.E. is a inter-Agency and inter-Community group of people who have come together to make a positive difference for children in the communities of Southwestern Alberta.

Laurie and Rob Benn were asked to graphically facilitate a planning session in which member agencies and put together a plan of action for the next few years.

Comments:

• Loved the energy and enthusiasm
• A lot to absorb and contribute to in one day – Fantastic graphics
• Loved the ‘graphics’ in the words and seeing things from a new perspective
• Process was stimulating and invited lots of involvement
• Too long – not enough of the right people here
• As info is all visual, by the end of the day, it was difficult to continue to visualize the info – however, much better than other presentation forms!!

• Love the ‘murals’ – colour-drawings to capture ideas- great job!
