Rob and Laurie Benn joined the ASBOA Board in Leduc at the End of August to review and renew their Action Plan for the upcoming 2005-06 School Year.

Directors found that the Planning Session in August 2004 had focused their efforts and allowed them to involve the membership in getting work done. Now they were ready for more.

The Friday evening and Saturday Workshop saw some well deserved celebration of accomplishments and dialogue leading to an action plan for the upcoming year.

• Overall it was good
• COGS & World Café – I think I preferred input from the whole group versus small groups
• World Café was a neat experience – I was not familiar with it prior
• COGS and World Café was helpful for ‘bouncing’ around ideas

• This process helps me focus on / identify activities for the upcoming year – Thanks.
• A great way to plan our “actions” for the new year.  A fun way to share ideas.
• We need to structure time in a better way (referring to ASBOA schedule).
• Great job!
• Very productive session – once again, a very enjoyable experience.
