Rob and Laurie Benn joined the Social Development Department of the City of Medicine Hat to do a graphically facilitated Planning Retreat. During the day we reviewed the progress the Department has made over the last 10 years, identified challenges and opportunities, reviewed the Mission, developed a Vision and Values and put together an Action Plan.
