Town
of Granum
Council and Senior Staff Planning Retreat
January 21 & 22, 2005

The Introductory Graphic Mural used to start the Granum
Town Council Planning meeting
The Town Council wanted
to get together and talk about the future of Granum and what
they could do to help build that future. Laurie and Robert Benn
were invited to facilitate the process. In early January the
group got together in the meeting room of the Golf Club with
it's spectacular view of the Rocky Mountains from Waterton Park
to the Crowsnest Pass.
Laurie and Rob recorded
the groups thoughts on large graphic mural paper - keeping a
group memory as everyone worked to understand their role in
the future of Granum. Together Council worked to formulate their
plan and Rob and Laurie recorded the process visually. Over
all the two day session produced some excellent results and
Council was inspired to ignite their plan in the community.
