The Town of Nanton Council and their Senior Staff took time out of their busy schedules to review their progress and update their understanding of what still needed to be done before the end of the current term. To accomplish this participants reviewed the plan they developed with us in 2003 and their Business Plan (graphically illustrated). The sessions produced; a timeline for the completion of projects; a graphic describing items being passed to the next Council and a revised and 'tweaked' of the "Nanton Game Plan" to serve as a guide for the new Council.
